Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room. Great location, tourist area.

The staff were great and nice and the location was favourable right off the beach. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV.

The room I got was modern and huge with dishwasher were meant to be installed and a good size TV, for instance. Coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator and a cooktop were a plus...

The value for money at Mareazul Beach Front Resort was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and Playa del Carmen. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing outstanding service throughout our stay.

The only improvement I would suggest is in terms of the food for breakfast.

We liked everything!! If we could to come to riviera maya again we would definitively choose this hotel. The staff is very nice! The swimming pool... Fantastic :) The gym, the spa... Everything wonderful!!

we stayed in a suite which was impressive. the pool area was amazing and the location was great and stunning, near incl playa del carmen and the adjacent beach club complete with restaurant and all the restaurants are.

The location near the beach and Playa del Carmen was perfect. The huge pool was fantastic for families with kids. The restaurant near the pool had delicious food and outstanding service. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean with a breathtaking view. The resort grounds and amenities exceeded our expectations.

Part of a new luxury low-rise apartment complex within an integrated resort-apartments-golf course development. Very nice beach front. Huge swimming pools. Great to be able to park right at the apartment block. Our fairly high end furnished two bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment was at the top / fourth floor, and had a nice balcony. Did not use the roof top jacuzzi, but we enjoyed the views. The main bedroom has a wonderful view of the beach and sunrise. An elevator was available. Breakfast, a nice fruit dish and a a plate of scrambled eggs with mushrooms / bacon etc, plus toast, was just right, although service starts a bit late at 8 am. Fitness center was fine. Even during Christmas, only about 15% of the apartments seemed to be occupied (either with tourists or residents), so plenty of space to stretch out both on the beach at the the pools. In spite of what is shows on Google Maps, it is possible to drive from Pure to PdC town via Avenue 10, after navigating a unpaved (for now) bit of Avenue 5.

It was not originally clear from the information provided where the main entrance was from the highway, and the we had some trouble finding the entrance even using Google Maps. Pure Mareazul shares the same entrance from the highway as the Royal Haciendas.

Its location was great, to main activities.

The location of Mareazul Beach Front Resort Playa Del Carmen was great, and I will definitely be back for it. They provided a good choice of extra supplies such as climate control, cable channels, and an ironing set. The nearby Tributo Restaurant & Bar was a nice place to chill and hang out. Our apartment had a lovely view of the garden.

Nice hotel, the staff were all nice and pleasant and the location was unbeatable right on the ocean. Location : the property was near to a large establishment with more than one residential complex, Playa del Carmen and Cancun airport. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Punta Esmerelda.
